Tough ask... 11 from 18. BUT, that's approximately 60% of our games.

IMO it's still possible. What we need to do is basically win every other week from now on, and smash it towards the end (i.e. win 4 or 5 in a row).

Right now my focus is on improvement though. I think we can do it if we improve little by little every week. Come round 26 I don't care if we finish 8th or 10th (although making the 8 would be nice of course). What I want to see is us fielding a squad that could beat ANYBODY on our day. I wanna see a squad that's meeting all the hype, and that I know for certain will be feared in 2017. I'm thinking:
- BEST farking forwards in the comp!!!! JWH, Napa, Evans, Cords, SST, Moa, Garbo Boy and friends just farking eating people for lunch. One goes off, a fresh set of legs that's equally as good comes on kinda stuff.
- Hastings and Pearce sailing the ship steadily... maybe not being JT-style, but just... steady! No silly shyte and effing reliable (like Gronk is every week - pass him the ball and everybody knows he's gonna do the right thing with it... no gloss/BS required).
- Mitchell starting to click into gear. Booting his 60-70m drop-outs, bouncing off defenders and having cool hands under pressure. I wanna see him get a LOT fitter, and be putting over-rated deadshytes like Boyd, Coote and Moylan to shame in defence.
- Targets all over the field. ALL of our outside backs COULD be more than 190cm and SUPER athletic. I REALLY wanna see Mitchell, Toops, SKD, Fergo and Burgess playing like the farking Harlem Globetrotters!!! Bomb goes up... it's farking NBA Jam style footy with our giant backs leaping around, doing tricks and slam dunking the opposition. Sooooo much potential there!
- Nikorima being our super sub who can come on with 10m to go, rush tired halves (including JT when he's starting to get all cocky and shyte... turn him into the whingey, lamearse MF'er he can be when his team is down on luck) and open up some holes with the SPEEED he's got.
- Friend warming into the captain role, Pearce enjoying the reduced pressure and the whole playing group being SUPER tight.

If we're playing like that come round 26, finish with a big win (close to the 8) and then sign a superstar (SBW kinda calibur) for 2017 then we are farking set!!! If we play like we are now and somehow luck our way into the 8 then I'll be dreading 2017.
