Yeah he hs a freakishly long kick... can drop-kick the ball roughly 60m and that will get longer when his legs thicken up?

I like the fact that we are now developing multiple kicking options. S*x losing Maloney but I think it exposes the fact that we relied too much on one kicker. We now have:
    - Hastings... maybe the most accurate kicker and the best converter?
    - Mitchell... the longest kicker by far! Gets better length than most kickers in the comp... something we really lacked with Maloney! 35-40m drop-outs HURT! Mitchell wins us 20+ metres each time, and forces the opposition line to stand back further.
    - Pearce... pretty decent long game.
    - Friend... developing a cheeky grubber/cross-field kicking game within close quarters.

    We're alright!

I almost choked on my beer when we kicked that field goal.

Is it too early to add field goal specialist to that list?

I rate Penrith this year. Tough forwards and even tougher backs.
Cartright, Moylan, Segy, Mansour, JWZ, Wallace, PEachy et al. Will be challenging. A victory will be a statement
