As someone who played against and was mates with Freddy Fittler and played junior reps until cut down with cancer when a teenager which I've overcome. Played over 35s masters and was asked to represent Australia against NZ and captain and coached teams and still play competitive sport plus followed chooks for 30 years aged footy since 6 and watched 1st grade and lower grade league and union since head 4, you are probably right and maybe I'm not as qualified as you....you smart parsed pommy git.

Thanks mate 're that, you reminded me inadvertently I should get my 5 yearly scans/tests done too...it's been more than 5 years since last scan/test.

Each to their own mate, used to play in the schoolboys and going to a Catholic School in Western Sydney played against Freddy growing up as he played for St Doms at the time, if I knew u well would share pics with his family with my family on the Gold Coast from 10 or so years ago when we bumped into each other.

With Cordner probably returning next week or the week after, as I was at the game when they interviewed him last night saying this, which is no where near Mudgee. I don't think Chris Smith will be playing 1st grade any time soon but I have heard from a few mates who follow the Riff he is a handy player. Vunakece impressed last night Frei's thighs are too big and could be the reason he is a bit slow. Cordner in Frei will drop off the bench, things get interesting when JWH returns, Vunakece probably goes, but geez he played well last night and produces more punch in his runs than you would realize from watching the TV.

Agree about Eloni. If he keeps up his form he will be offered more $$ by a club like Newc or the Tigers. If this eventuates good luck to him at 28 yo.
In hindsight, letting Matagi go was a shortsighted decision. His hit-up and beautiful pass on for their 2nd try was superb. Our defence wasn''t expecting that!
