I'm pretty sure if Paul Green was coaching his side without Thurston, Scott, Cooper at the start of the season and then loosing Taumalolo, Linette and a couple more players a few games in, they wouldn't be sitting pretty.
It's unfair to judge Trent in this situation.

But dont forget the squad we had from 2013-2015 was one of the greatest ever assembled under the salary cap

Unearthing superstars like RTS Cordner, getting Ferguson on unders, and an underrated Moa

The squad had great balance in age and experience it really was one the best teams Ive ever seen post NSWRL

We are the most error prone side in the comp. we need a coach who can get us to play a better style of footy. While we had superstars we could cover for our error bleeding but now we can't. Sorry to say this but I agree, we need a new coach. Pearce - all bombs. Hastings - all bombs. No creativity, no set plays just a high ball. So lazy. No respect for the ball. I'm all for a new coach. I've had all these errors.

Calling for his head is a little dramatic however i do think that he has been caught short in a few areas.

He plays the out of form Guerra into the ground when blind Freddy can tell his is gassed.

Saints scored off OUR mistakes.They weren't great in my opinion as our youngsters made life very easy for them with some very poor errors in the first half, but i thought our second half was a hell of alot better and almost snatched the win. This is going to be a fantastic side in the next season or two right up there contesting premierships.
