There's no replacing Politis - the guy has equity in the game (and I'm not talking about money).

Our best hope is to install a puppet in the top job; a Quayle, Schubert or Gould, who will work with whomever replaces Politis (probably Bouris or Gyng) and creates policy that favours an Eastern Suburbs side.
