          A win is win. Fought hard and tough. Made silly errors, but showed resolve. I can sleep content.

            SKD out, BJ to centre and perrett onto the wing next week? Hope carney gets some confidence and fast, he is the x-factor thats missing in our team. Thought Pearce played outstandingly, as well as JWH, Friend and every one else mentioned but no one had brought him up yet

                  We beat a team who has been in great form. They didn't make a line break against us.
                  Our defense was outstanding. Our attack will improve. But we have had a bad year with injuries. A high ankle sprain for SKD could be 4 weeks.

                              Game v Warriors

                              Many fine performances, led by Jake, Mini, Ryles, Myles, Cordner on debut. Some pleasing signs were Boyd and Rhys on debut (Boyd is now a 1st grader), Guerra made great yards when it was needed. I've often pumped Tom Symonds tyres, but I have to say his defence was ordinary. Could it be upper body injury hangover? Todd C is lacking confidence and looked frustrated. Poorly positioned for kicks, was into his team mates a few times on a few plays. Wet football is not his go. But his defence has improved too. Perrett was interviewed before the game and sad he maybe back for the Storm game. He may well be needed with SKD out.
