We got rid of Jennings during the off-season. Unless we were over the salary cap then we have at least some cash to spend.

Getting too late to sign anyone for this year so I am assuming we will top up existing contracts to free up cash for future years.

IMO if its a half we are after, we could do a lot worse than Blake Green 5/8 from the Storm.
Segeyaro could also be a bolter, although i'm unsure if he has played halves previously or whether he is a specialist 9.

IMO Kenny Bromwich would be a handy replacement for Moa.

IMO Ethan Lowe would be a handy replacement for Guerra.

I believe either SBW or Hayne are very slim odds at this stage because it would require us shedding more players which isn't the way to go when team harmony is as it is. Not to mention competition from other clubs and codes.

Segeyaro would be a nice purchase at half the price

A sofa Solomona, Thompson, Tagatease, Matagi, Mansour are all off contract as well. Matagi is good value would adequately replace Moa at a discount. Can we off load Guerra for 2017, would love Solomona to take his spot in the roster.

Solomona is going to re-sign with the Storm unfortunately, he is an awesome prospect. Thompson has been ordinary since he left Canberra and is a massive dickhead, Tagatese too old, Matagi won't come back here and Mansour would be unlikely to leave Penrith, though would be a good pickup.

Thompson isnt a massive dick head. Gives a lot back to community and comes into juvenile justice centres to talk with the kids and share his own story. He's a good bloke. Solomona gets better every week. What a beast.

He'll be ready next year after another 4 months of nrl and then a full off season.

Probably get flogged for this but I feel more confident in persisting with Latrell at 1 than Hastings in the halves (whilst Pearce is still our halfback) and I haven't given up on Jackson.

im just watching cows v broncs...were miles off the pace, i sure hope robbo has a plan cause i would have zero glue how to fix the hole were in, our forwards are up there with any pack but our backs ??? like it or not we are nearly solely relying on pearce imo to get us even close to the 8, we need a superstar backline signing in either the halves, centres or fb ...may as well say wing as well and i hate being negative about the chooks but it just looks very ordinary im dreading sunday arvo if it gets ugly...thank god for heineken
