FFS!!! These refs must get their qualifications from a bloody cereal packet. That was a blatant obstruction and they don't even wind the tape back 2 secs to look at it. Lead runner takes out the outside shoulder. It's so freaking easy to get right!!! If I was that incompetent at my job I'd be looking for a new one by now.
