A few around here said a while ago that the only reason Paul Green has been successful has been because of the players at his disposal... The only player I rate from the Cowboys on pure talent is JT yet the previous coach Neil Henry could not get them across the line with practically the same team... Yes there are many factors that may have aligned themselves to give Green that great start as head coach... Same thing can be said about how Robinson walked into a good squad with a SBW ready to rip into it after his walk out.... Yet since that and even with still many reps in the team we've only managed a meagre 2 more minor premiership... No one remembers minor premiership winners. Now after losing 3 good players from last season, an unfortunate luck of injuries, some off the field stupidity and some on field lack of discipline, we are where we are. We can blame Toupo, Hastings, or the Chook mascot all we like but it's up to Robinson to instil some discipline and kick some but and tell the players to get their head straight otherwise Robinson will be just another coach to be compared with Ricky Stuart. I'm sure Bellamy would not be taking a defeat lightly like last night. Toovey is not the answer... I don't have one either and I'm sure Robinson doesn't have it as well.
