Copley is a worry. 350k. Haven't seen much of him. He's been injured a lot. Can he improve? (Defence, Attack, Pace ????)
He's played what... 2.5 games as an outside back and we've been THUMPED in all of them. To be fair, I don't think we've seen him play yet. Notably he hasn't made any really lame mistakes that have cost us games or anything like that.
Also, he's only like $100k because Brisbane's paying his salary. If he s*cks by the time they stop paying, we can punt him. He's essentially a free player right now, who would probably be branded as a hero if he'd been playing for Brisbane instead of Roberts. Give him a fair run before being so harsh IMO.

Brisbane aren't kicking in that much. And they are only paying him for this season. Which means we foot 700k over the next two seasons for a player offering no more than Elliot would have for probably 500k less.

Pretty sure when he bombed a certain try putting the ball down against the Raiders which hurt us severely in that game?
The difference between Gordon and Gallen, Smith, Thurston, Parker and co aside from the fact they are all Australian rep players and he isn't is that he's the only one of that group who plays in the outside backs where speed is one of the prime requisites.

He is $100K for this season only. Next season we will be paying the entire $350K.
So why did the club offer Maloney a 2 year contract?
That was probably a 1 year of playing and in the 2nd year go find your retirement in England deal and if my memory serves me correctly the offer of 2 years for James Maloney to stay was publicly mentioned before Roger Tuivasa Sheck had left. The club could well have found the space in the salary cap to keep James Maloney but they chose Jackson Hastings.
He'll be 33 frigging years old!!!!! What retarded dog rooter protecting FOOL made this decision? This is officially the stupidest decision this club has ever made. Congratulations to whatever MORON made it.

What is the age of being 33 so important? He's simply not of a talented enough standard to justify a year one deal. Why play Latrell Mitchell and have him gain experience for a year at first grade level then develop in a pre-season again to have this guy come in for a year. He is not what was Brett Mullins was when we signed him and our team is not looking for the final piece such as in 2002 or 2013.
A.Not much better. I don't believe our performances suffer from the back and I would prefer to see Latrell develop.
A. Not after a season playing at fullback.
The answers are BS/trolling/lonely and love the attention or your knowledge of the game is limited
