Sounds like panic buying to me - offer whoever is off contract a deal, rather than identifying who we really need.
I actually rate Keary but not 100% sold he would fit into our culture and long term plans.

Well given the club went in for Moses, it was obvious that at least one of the halves (probably Hastings) was gone. Until Hastings runs at the line he will offer no value to any team.
