I’ve got the cash but renting gives me sooo much flexibility. You can change styles, colours, mix and match etc on a regular basis. The possibilities are endless. It really is liberating!

I remember in Japan I used to own quite a few tracksuits as it was farking cold in winter (deep snow + I was in an old-school house with zero insulation... huddled up near my sunlamp and/or kero heater... aaaah those blissful kero fumes really did put me to sleep at night!)

I feel for ya in the cold mate. Lived in some terribly cold places over time but luckily had decent heating. Strange thing is, got a lovely big brand new home here in DC and the heating works great except for one bedroom. It’s like a bloody icebox! Can’t work it out.

as for the trackies, I’m not fussed about who wore them before. It adds to the mystique!

Liu got offered the opportunity to go home for supposedly double the salary. Even you must realise we couldn’t match this. I never ever heard you banging on about how good he was when we had him.

Hahaha I'm on long service leave (looking after my mental health in the process) so you could say so.

However, I've spent the last week gardening and decluttering the house for inspections as we're selling. Crazy times but long story short we've maxed out what we can do with our current block so are looking to upgrade. Crazy times and I'm sick as a dog (not COVID fortunately) but yes... you might notice an uptick in my presence on here

IMO it really is just a number on his back as they swap sides throughout the game anyway.

As vice-captain I think it makes sense that Keary's the leader and organiser. He's played for Australia + NSW and that's just how it is really. Robbo's decided that this is what #7 means to him... it's the leadership jersey that Cronk wore.

On that note, Keary really was the #7 in 2018 and his game was next level (playing both sides of the field). Yes he had Cronk whispering in his ear but IMO that's where all this comes from. Robbo wants him playing like he did in the 2018 GF... whether he have a #6, #7 or #69 jersey on his back... that's the commanding role that Robbo wants outta him week in, week out (and Robbo knows he can do it).
