    Lol.

Bowie made it look great but always seemed to tackle them as they slid over the line.

Loved SKD's set up for Latrell's first try as well. Little bits of light in an otherwise dark hole the Roosters are in at the moment.
        Two other bits of light.

        1. Latrells crabbing cross field run out of our own quarter and then straightening up was almost like watching an Olympics 200 metre runner come around the bend into the straight. Puts a beautiful stride down the sideline but can't find a support only 3 parra cover defenders. Latrell decides to take all 3 on. Throws Bevan French away like a used toy and the second Parra player and I think it is only Beau Scott or maybe Robson who just gets him. Loved the determination in that run.

2.Latrell again. After Toupo's tap back, latrell's athleticism in leaping and reaching backwards to catch. Truly only appreciated when watched on the replay in slow-mo. Before diving outstretched with one hand for the try. What an athlete!

The chase was terrific, but before we all undo our belts, have a look at the horrible no look ( Geez, I hope it was) pass from Copley.... He could not had put it in French's breadbasket any better if he tried....

And then fitzy taking the intercept and NOT getting run down to score.

Not much he could've done to avoid being put over the sideline then...he tried to get further infield after he caught the ball...but the Eels defence was there in numbers, fresh and strong.

It's a fair point... we were lucky that Manu chased him down and bundled him into touch. BUT... if there was no shyte pass, there coulda been a try + more pressure on Parra!!

What's depressing about us this year is that we're beating teams for 70 minutes then giving them undeserving wins in the last 10 by playing like absolute poo.

                    Exactly.

And too many shyte passes in games, fullstop.

Too many shyte passes, too many dropped balls when in tackles, too many missed tackles/ineffective tackles.

Of course, in most games the refs seem to make sure all we do for the first 20 mins is tackle...so in the last 10 we're just about out on our feet and ripe for steamrolling.

Wish I'd kept that article beetroot face wrote last season about how we seem to get shafted by the refs.

Nobody is even close to Rogers runs from dummy half. Fark he was good.

He's shown more effort & has been more productive in 2 games than fergo has all year...
                          Hope he keeps his spot...

I was watching French breakaway and thought nope thats it, game over, but then on the bottom corner of the screen I saw a shadow appear and BAM manu was there to save the day, Props to him. Definitely deserves to keep his spot, however very unlikely as Toups found some form in that game so he won't be dropped, as well as Robbo isn't silly enough to drop an Origin rep, even if he does play crap at club level. He'll be lucky to get one more game this season I reckon, if/when Fergo is rested after origin. Manu just needs to improve his fitness; after that chase he was dead on his feet, as seen in his kick returns

Another interesting point, for the same reason as ferguson, guerra won't be dropped (unfortunately), so with Boyd back who has to drop out to accommodate? Surely not Watson, instead Evans maybe? Mr Potato Head? (aka the lawnmoa)
