Look I have no problem with Jake Friend - a more wholehearted player you wouldn't find however he ain't a captain and the burden of the job is showing. Let him be the player he was and make a step towards 2017 with some positivity and appoint Cordner now. We all know he is eventually going to get there so lets make him the skipper and start to build the squad and culture around him. lets get something out of the disaster that is 2016!
