  • Not Roosters Related But...Corey Norman

Given Pearce's suspension for bringing the game into disrepute, how long do we expect Corey Norman to get?

Be nice to. Take last weeks win off Parra. I'm sure Norman was trying to snort the sidelines....

He doesn't wear the tricolours so will probably be innocent until proven guilty.

Also depends if A Current Affair has a full schedule this week.

The Storm were stripped of all their points and played the remainder of the season for no points. The Eels were stripped of 12 points (the day after we played them. FFS!) and are still a small chance of making the finals. There is also talk of Hayne playing the remainder of the season which would significantly increase their chances. Kid gloves one might say.

So to answer your question - Norman will continue to play until Parra win another comp.

We dodged a bullet there - if the rumours were true about us chasing him.

Also on Monday night Matty John's just now Tedesco was asked if he had to play for another team he said Broncos 😭 So much for being a closet rooster. Anyway wade Graham said Roosters, he'd probably be too expensive but a nice addition if it happened ? Or just a grubby shark?

Norman won't get anything unless the video is made public. Doubt anyone will buy it for the reported 150k. Pearce is probably higher profile due to his abysmal origin career and his video sold for what, 20-25k? I hope it's made public just to see the discrepancy in penalties.

This is just me, but I'd have to be consistent in saying neither should have or be shown at all.

Normans is potentially more sinister. The rumours of organised crime infiltrating rugby league, Norman and seggyaro having their photograph with known criminals published and now being filmed together in an alleged compromising position with drugs and women and now being extorted.. It's not so much what they're accused of. It's more how did they end up in this position and how deep are they with these people.

For someone who appears to be a pretty talented player Norman seems to be doing a good job of screwing up his career. I'm definitely glad we didn't sign him. I think he is a great player but I don't want to see someone like that come to Easts. We need players who are committed and realize and appreciate the opportunity they have been given

There are some very popular media personalities that are ex players, that are thanking their stars that they were not playing in this digital age.
Their 9 year NRL career would have lasted 1 month
