No one has mentioned Jimmy's long forward pass that led to the first try yet. It was a beauty, like watching Brett Favre.
As a mostly neutral observer (I'm over Origin) I thought it was a full carve up. They didn't want anything to spoil Gallen's leaving do, and probably broke the penalty count record to make sure NSW got home.
Not a fan of Inglis either, but they're talking about him copping 4 weeks for the 'shoulder charge'. You can't brace for a collision these days?
Basically, fark Origin.

Love that Inglis help cost them the game.
Love when Qlders show their true colours, eg Corey Parker showing he can dish it out but can't take it. See him chase Maloney at the end was hilarious
Going to the game is sensation mainly because you don't have to listen to Gould
How good was it for once to see the rules apply to QLD as well as NSW. This was the only reason for the uneven penalty count.
QLD were the better side their defense is 100x better than NSW whoser defensive line has the speed of a snailThe Internet is a place for posting silly things
Try and be serious and you will look stupid

I think with all the talk in the past 2 weeks about Origin becoming a boring spectacle and losing its poularity in NSW, the game managers were finally told to speed up the ruck - something they let QLD get away with in game 1 with their constant holding down and crowding of the play the ball. Smith and co getting pinged for things they normally get away with was priceless. The NRL want the public to feel that NSW are still in with a shot next year. A 3-0 result may create more apathy from the NSW public.
Also, funny how even though NSW won, most of the stories on the game still come from a QLD point of view. Disrespectable NSW and all that stuff. Dodgy refereeing decisions.

All I can say is, thank Christ that's over for another year, and better still, that fwit Gallen is out of the side for good, which will make it much easier to support NSW in future.
Now all that needs to happen is for both Daley and Farrah to be both punted for starters (Bonzo has thankfully already resigned), players to be picked on form alone, and NSW might have a slight chance of winning 1 series in the next few years.
Seriously, that NSW side last night had no clue - with the amount of possession they had in the first half they should have been leading by at least 20. Talk about finding new ways to butcher try scoring opportunities ...
MR is right - the refs finally decided to patrol the ruck more closely and the Qlders suffered because of it. if the refs policed it like that each week Melb would be where we currently are on the ladder. No chance of that happening of course.Supporting the RW&B, through good times and bad times.
