I don't think Robbo can recover from this season, at least not at this club.

I know that sounds melodramatic for a coach who won a premiership and two minor premierships in his first 3 seasons, but this year really has been a travesty.

To finish with only 3 wins - which I think we will - is indefensible.

He'll go the way of Stuart, only the board won't give him as much time as Ricky had.

I give him until the end of next season.

I don't think he should win it, but for me Robbo should be nominated for Dally M Coach of the Year. In the one hundred and nine year history of the game no coach has had to put up with such criticism from the Chookpen, despite winning one GF and three MPs in the last four years. Not one. This season we've suffered long term injuries of senior players, crazy suspensions and dubious refereeing decisions, but I'm excited by what the future holds.

If Robbo only wins four games next year with a fit roster, maybe we have to have another look at things. But if we did let him go - I'd back him to win another comp as an NRL coach somewhere else.
