Not really sure what the current coaching group brings to the team. I can't point to the specific areas of improvement in the team that the current assistant coaches have achieved.
Toovey would be an interesting inclusion different personality type fiercely competitive with a different communication style and coming out of a very successful club culture and a half at the centre of this success.
Ivan in my mind is very similar to Trent would be very happy for either to be part of the club.Comment
