Why is you believe that sharks winning is an agenda? What benefit does it help the nrl with? The nrl didn't really help the sharks when they were in financial strife, they don't have an abundance of juniors, and they don't have a massive supporter or members base.

Agendas would suit parra,dragons,souths,penrith.
