    Can't stand disrespectful head-patting Ennis.

    Can't stand grubby juiced-up Gallen.

Not a fan of Fifita or his on and off-field antics either.

I rate Flanagan as a coach, but I thought his handling of the peptides scandal was pretty ordinary.

    Therefore, Melbourne to win!

Because the NRL would prefer the Sharks fairytale they'll have to also beat the refs and the bunker to do it.

(I did have a soft spot for the late 70's Sharks teams with Panda Andrews, Steve Kneen, Mick Mullane, etc, but my dislike for the current mob outweighs this.....)

Yes. The Storm and particularly Smith just embody everything that is bad and cynical about the way footy is played these days. But the alternative is seeing Gallen hold up the trophy so maybe I'll go watch a movie or something.

In terms of picking a winner - very difficult. The Storm are the better side and likely to handle the pressure better but the Sharks should be way fresher after the extra day recovery and having the much easier lead up game.

But hey...it's all good. You think there is no Agenda (as in business plan to grow the NRL), I think there is. Call me paranoid, it's cool. It's just my opinion.

This is a true story. When the Roosters were almost unbeatable in 2002,03, & 04, a 'Senior' NRL suit & tie approached Phil Gould and said, 'Give some other teams a chance'.................FACT..............and he was not joking

We WERE on a similar run during the last 3 years 2013, 14, 15. They made sure we would NOT MAKE THE 8 in 2016 from Australia day onwards (firstly, Pearce was set up and then receives a mammoth fine and suspension...........(compare to Norman & Roberts - where are the videos???????) . ALSO, Some of this year's refereeing, bunker referrals and bunker decisions killed us.
All good. Everyone needs an opinion.

When you look back to last year, if pearce and JWH weren't injured, we i think at least make the grand final, and regatding 2016, we never really stood a chance when we didn't have rts, jennings, maloney, jwh, cordner and pearce.

I think the raiders got a pretty bad run from the refs against melb, and personally i think the 10min in the bin was a joke. No way there was any help for the raiders in that game.

I reckon there will be a few brawls in this game and Melbourne will suck Cronulla into them

They'll do to Cronulla what Cronulla do to us!

              That'd be poetic.

Hey people, I missed the battle for the minor premiership. It was only a few weeks ago, yet doesn't get a mention.
What were the main points out of that game??

There will be no love lost between Cameron Smith and Paul Gallen.
Also, Gallen is playing with injury as many are. These will also affect the outcome.

Yeah very true. Most people agree that Canberra were very unlucky and should have won. The dropped balls and the sin binning lost them that game.

redwhite&blue has tipped the premiers for last 12 years she tipped the Sharks at the beginning of this year so she might be someone you might want to ask about who will win next year.
Actually, I'm only up to 10 years in a row and Sunday will be 11 if I'm correct. Manly is next year according to my murky crystal ball..my boss said I can bet with $10 of his money just to see what happens...I first got my inkling of Cronulla in November last year..

so will most of Victoria...LOL..they still will always be overshadowed by AFL

You picked them before the season started?!

                            Holy moly that's impressive.

                              Very impressive Geeze,
                              ,
Hey redwhiteblue, how were you feeling last year when the broncos where literally seconds from a premiership (assuming you watched the GF) ,where you still confident? I'm just curious.

Are you sure you're not seeing the roosters for next year? lol

Wow 10 in a row eh. That's pretty good. Pity you didn't take an all up multi on it. If you'd had a dollar on it at average odds of say 10 to 1 you woulda won about a billion bucks
