Ha...I was thinking of posting something similar but Stevie J never misses a lefty dig...regardless of topic relevance.

Any Greener and he'd be grass.

I dont believe what eddie believes & that is that the game is manipulated/rigged by the match officials or as eddie calls them game managers, I have said that it couldnt be manipulated or rigged because the NRL wouldnt be able to keep it under raps year after year. So when a ref is punted like Maxwell & he is not happy it would be a perfect opportunity to expose the NRL but I guarantee you we wont hear a word from Maxwell because there is nothing to expose the NRL for IMO.

I wont bite Mickie, but you gotta realise that the nrl invented the term " game manager".
I think it was the referee boss who preceded Anderson.
One his other lines involved the policing of the ruck and the speed of the modern game. The upshot was he considered the match officials primary duty was to provide entertainment.

And the really dumb quote about a quick game being superior to a traditional game.............whatever that meant.

Great line, Jack himself would be proud of that one.
Kinda ironic that sport is all business and politics........................And politics has become some kind of competition between extreme left and right crap.
What happened to driving in the middle of the road?
Politicians seem to be a very similar breed despite their rehearsed compass directions.

Guess we , as people who appreciate sport, should wait to hear Harold Holt's observations on all this.
And be grateful we don't have his electricity bill.
