I've been really impressed with the lock fwd - Ahmad Ellaz. Plays with ferocity ala Mick Crocker.

good side and great to see cordner retained as a starter. considering maubs is out for the season, i would love to see us persist with him there for the remainder of the season. in a way, the loss of kennedy and maubs could prove to therefore benefit us because it forces myles to play as a prop and alos forces us to play the likes of cordner and guerra who are likely to take over from myles next year so it is a good opportunity for us to blood them. i would make 1 change - start JWH, move ryles to the bench - just gives us a better balance and imo JWH plays his best footy when he starts and is better suited to the initial exchanges considering he is far younger and more robust

Anthony Mitchell hasnt been named so dont be suprised to see him jump up. Maybe not naming him so no media attacks. Also Takairangi not mentioned and I dont think he was injured.

No Anthony Mitchell with us or the Jets? I would expect him to be a late inclusion if he's not out injured

Not a bad team. Will be a tough game.

I hope Mitchell Pearce has a big game ala Origin night, its going to be a tough clash but surprised to see SKD and Big Mose back in the team, its a nice surprise.

Also very happy that Kane Linnett has been named in the reggies, i hope he plays well, i thought he may be out for the season. This team should really beat Newcastle.

                            Decent team.

Maybe we could see Mitchell in and I would like to see Linnett for Carney.
