Is that Copley in photo 5 and 18? Seems to have let go and put on a fair bit of weight around mostly the arms and upper-body (not ideal for a centre with injury problems). Just saying...

Niko was in the pics last week and so is definitely back in training and doing stuff in and around the club - it's Hastings that seems to be conspicuous by his absence so far ... has Wyong started pre-season training yet?

I would say it is the other way around, he appears light on in the upper body and arms compared to a lot of outside backs.
