Latrell Mitchell Koori knockout Tackle

I know this may have been posted previously but i just found footage of Latrell Mitchell from last months Koori knockout in October. interesting to see him laughing off being hit a few times, he looks to be having a good old time......Oh and wait for his last tackle. Appologies if this is old news.

I've got the same feeling regarding Latrell for 2017 as I did for the entire team prior to 2013.

If he starts the season confident he is going to absolutely blitz it and there will be calls for him to play Origin next year. I'm also predicting top 3 in the comp for line breaks and right up there for tries scored.

I'm hoping Robbo will start him at center, not on the wing.

I think he makes too many mistakes to be considered for origin. Then again Ferguson gets a run.

Regardless of the mistakes, Mitchell will need at least another two years in first grade before he will be considered for origin I think.

Yep Origin is just a show anyway (and NSW have no hope).

Let Hayne, Duges, Coote and Tedesco get injured before Latrell goes risking his knees for a lost cause.

I hope Mitchell never plays Origin. I hope he plays for Australia and plays in at least three Roosters premierships. Remember you don't have to pay Origin to represent your country. Origin for mine is a distruption on the season and is not the be all and end all of Rugby League. As it's here to stay I wish for one game only a year on a stand alone weekend. As much as I loved RTS and still wish him well, I hope Mitchell is even better and eventually regerded as one of the great fullbacks to represent Eastern Suburbs/Roosters.

No probs. I just love how he doesn't buy into the push and shove and just smiles and walks away, he just let's his game do the talking coming up with a massive hit. I agree i feel he is going to have a big year next year. Compared to the same time last year he actually looks fit and pre season has only just started.
