I find this a bizarre appointment. 20's players were very against him and he's ways of man management when he was coach. He really struggled in roles given to him by the club and I just can't understand why they would get rid of him then make him recruitment manager when he has a bad reputation in dealing with young players...

He wasnt that successful as a coach but coaching & recruiting are two different roles so who knows?
