I just read in this weeks RLW that Anasta has put pen to paper and will be at the Roosters until the end of the 2013 season.

How dumb is this club?

We have a guy who is not the best 5/8 at the club (even with Carney playing crap), he is not in the top 4 back rowers at the club and he is not exactly "Gallen" like when it comes to being an inspirational leader. In other words he gives us nothing......

So because we have re-signed this cap thieving nuffy, we can look forward to losing some of our young talent and can look forward to two more years of disappointment, disenchantment and unerachievement - along with the Anasta specialty items such as kicks out on the full, stupid kicks that go straight to the opposition, low work rate and tantrums because Todd is wearing the No. 6.

I will go out on a limb and say that whilst Anasta is still in the team we won't make the finals in 2012 and 2013.

The problem with players like Anasta, Perrett, FPN and SKD is that for every one good thing they do, they do about 5 stupid things that seasoned FG players just shouldn't be doing. I mean Perrett and SKD are among the worst defenders in the NRL, while Anasta and Perrett are among the slowest.

The club needs a big broom through it, because until the deadwood is gone we won't go anywhere in the NRL.

This re-signing has Politis written all-over it.......sadly, he continues to let sentiment get in the way of making strong decisions for the good of the football club
