Get rid of Costin, Taylor and his little boy Rohan.

That would be a good start.

He'd be lost without his yes men.

I'd shaft half of our players before I shafted Smith.

Smith is not the problem - the fact that our players are pandered to by NP and others, and take advantage of it, is.

Discipline is what is needed. Smith is the person to dish it out, but whether he has 'approval' to do so is another matter entirely. I doubt it.

We could have had discipline, especially after last year but then the off field indescretions started again and all the tough talk from the Club last year went out the window. Weak leadership doesnt not instill discipline and Smith is caught in the middle - the 'fall guy' for the board once again.

A decent CEO is a good start.

Noyce is a step down in class from Canavan who was about ten steps down from Bernie Gurr.

Smith never got rid of Palmer, Ronnie was going to leave the year Fittler came in but stayed an extra year to help him out

Spot on. It was during Canavan's reign as CEO (and Gus's withdrawal from any offical club duties) that Nick began to have more direct influence, probably thinking he can fill the void with his "footy knowledge". Boom Tish!

The failed Dog raids, the Bennet debacle, the Fittler catastrophy, season 2011, our brains trust would have a lot to answer for if they could be held accountable.

                  Chook.

All smith needs is a new job. He's never been a people person! I could be his advisor and we would be unbeatable...........

If we were still competitive without being the best team out there, we would still have confidence in Smith. The fact that the team is out of control is what worries me to have to wait for next year. There is nothing that tells me that this will change next year unless Smith goes.
