Secondly, in the Skd case the charges and accusations were so obviously far off the reality of who Skd is, plus his vocal plea of innocence, that it is worlds apart from this situation.

Thirdly, as was mentioned above, there is evidence to support the speculation. Carter is a bit of a ratbag with form when it comes to facing club sanctions.
