How many penalties did Cummings blow compared to the other ref? The other ref blew the penalty on Pearce when he was stripping the ball legally.

You're right, I just like to blame cummins for everything, 2014, the weather my aching back etc. But surely as head ref he would have more than 2 against the dogs
