  • The ref smashing has returned

Last year they gave us a break because we sucked.

But now we're a good team again, guess what?

    They're smashing us again.

3 penalties received in 2 weeks. And tonight's was for an accidental offside.

    It's a sham. **** these ****s.

Badger and Sutton have never been good to us, it's not across the board though.

Badger is a Souths man, used to ref in the junior leagues and knew a lot of the players.

just posted the same thing in another thread, its downright corrupt.

the one that really pissed me off was late in the 2nd half when Keary was brought down after the Cordner break he was flipped over and his legs were pulled to slow the play the ball, should of been a sin bin and we didn't even get a penalty.

I have simply lost all interest in the NRL Roosters aside, give me a good AFL/NFL game any day, and judging by the crowd figures people are becoming disinterested in droves.

Newcastle were consistently grabbing at the ball and offside at marker and we could not receive a single ****ing discretionary penalty, just criminal.

And the only penalty tonight was an accidental offside, rediculous after Newcastle had given away 8 & 7 penaltys the last two games. Absolute joke they were offside all night and were sleeping around the ruck. Could have been 40-6 if the refferees weren't so inconsistent.

Honestly, had The Knights not been permitted to slow down the play-the-ball and stand offside when we were coming off our own line, we could have won by 50. If a better quality team gets this helpful treatment, we are stuffed.

Back to the good old days. In all seriousness when Keary made that break and was held down by Elliott in the last line of defence clearly showed the ref's agenda. Disgraceful performance

It's the usual suspects too. Badger has been a cheat since he joined the ranks, he was the ref who binned JWH when we lost in Newcastle a few years back on that Friday night when Gould led a standing ovation for the Knights at halftime. Cummins has been a cheat since be began as well. These are Tony Archer's 'go to' men when he wants to fix a result. That was hilarious at the end when on the 5th tackle they held down and then pulled the leg of Keary in front of the posts. A penalty kick would have give us a 14 point lead.. The cheats simply pretended it didn't happen. In fact in an earlier game this year we received only 2 penalties as well.

The problem is these cheats are protected by a corrupt boss in Tony Archer who is protected by a corrupt NRL leader in Todd Greenberg. The main media company covering Rugby League (News Ltd) despises our club and journo's for the SMH like Mascord and Masters also hate the Roosters. It will simply not get exposed. Ignore the few mentally challenged losers who will bag you, feel sorry for them, they will spend Easter in some sort of carers home being fed by a nurse with a spoon.

I'm glad Robbo made subtle mention of it in the press conference.

                          Newcastle are brilliantly coached.

What surprised me was we didn't receive the obligatory even-uppers at the 39:45 and 79:35 min marks. The refs will be dropped. For not reading the script

If Storm and Cummins, god help us.
Disgraceful refereeing by garden gnome and badger tonight. They didn't wanna know. You only have to look at this Queensland game now, the pace of it.

There was a play there in the first half where the Knights had 3 markers. And all 3 got involved in the next tackle
