i personally wouldnt drop skidsy, fergo or 2poo . why do that then to trial newbies and nyc guys and guys from the roos or buy a possible star/ hack. stick with what you know i reckon.

The Roosters will let SKD, Guerra and Evans go. They'd be stupid to let Fergo leave and Tupou is in career best form. Letting the 3 said players go should easily cover Tedesco.

Yes like that infamous long pass to RTS against Brisbane. An absolute shocker in a high stakes game and yet there was a game earlier this year where he tried the exact same thing again with Gordon. I nearly had a heart attack as it brought back awful memories but for SKD it was just like, well you know I'll just toss it out here without even blinking.

It's a tragedy that some people will remember him for that pass rather than the intercept in 2010 against Tigers and, especially, playing a GF with his jaw hanging by the thread.

This is true and I am one who hasn't forgotten those things. As I said in a different post, I think he's a Roosters legend for that very fact of playing with a broken jaw in the GF. And that intercept try. That's my favourite non GF game of all time.

Geez you're generous - Id go no higher than $250K for SKD. Sorry but any more than that is a waste of cap money.

I have to pay tribute to SKD. He's been loyal and given us his best years including an awesome grand final. He knows his way to the try line and has been a prolific scorer. He can have another year as far as I'm concerned. He's been out of form but still scores plenty of tries so I'd keep him.

Why would the club let Fergo go? He is a state of origin and Australian player, it wouldn't make sense.
