I found it very distressing watching this game. At one stage, I almost found myself cheering for the Vermin. I felt unclean.

In the end, watching them get beaten on the back of horrendous refereeing made me smile and restored my self-respect. The only better results would have been for the Broncos to win, but to lose the points due to an interchange infringement.

Disgraceful refereeing you know i always thought that Ashley was biased against the roosters but after watching him last night i have changed my opinion. The guy is just dead set incompetent,he does not know the basic rules of the game hes just a very bad referee.Should be dropped imo.

No worries, I'm sure we'll get to see the Broncos again on Thursday or Friday night ch9.
Failing that we'll get Thaiday and his muppets on the footy show - for those that still watch

                Not quite mate.
I think Klown is just incompetent.
Whereas Badger and Cummins are outright cheats.

The knock on field goal I can live with - easy enough to miss live.

The Moga "try", with the benefit of multiple replay reviews, was just beyond explanation. The guy was tackled in goal.

Let's wait for Archer's special press announcement saying they got it wrong. After all it was necessary for a marginal pass that won us a game.

This recent return of the roosters penalty drought this season, including lopsided counts as against Brisbane, makes me think roosters should launch a full scale publicity campaign naming and shaming the corrupt Archer and his band of merry henchmen.

I don't think there has ever been or ever will be as remarkable and tough premiership than our 2013 win, as it overcame this kind of relentless refereeing bias. No other team would have been able to do it.

I really enjoy seeing Souths lose...I hate them more than anyone. My second most hated team is Brisbane. I also enjoy it when they lose due to a bad call because I can see them in their little burrow cracking up when it happens to us, without fail...But last night was ridiculous. BUT what makes it more frustrating to me, and I'm sure it's the same for every other coach, player and club, is the fact that referees are beyond reproach. Nothing bad can be said. Coaches are gagged even when they're 100% right. I understand why this is, but there needs to be constant dialogue between the clubs, referees and NRL because this is still happening, and as Maguire said, they spend so much money on a system that is badly run, 'operator error'. How the referees and bunker cannot know the difference between held or not, or even enter into a discussion is hard to understand...Weren't many fuming about what happened to us last week? It will happen to us again and when it does, I hope it's not as bad as last night.

Souffs indeed were robbed. The game prior to that also decided by incompetent refereeing. Thats farked. Half a team of match officials, too many muppets in control. Don't need sterlo or andrew Johns telling me to try refereeing myself, I know it's a mugs game. But what's the excuse of the cushy multi million dollar bunker? You can spend 2 grand, 2 million, 22 million on videos it won't matter, it will only ever be as good as the people controlling it.... and the state of them last night. Thank fark it wasnt us, but the howlers are coming so thick and fast, every game. And nothing ever changes! It's just onto next week. Farce!

The bunker drama just a smokescreen for engineeered results via the NRL / Sportsbet partnership. Up to the minute odds etc the catalyst.

The nrl dont give a rats. Bunker watch things a dozen times in super slo mo (another issue). Every one watching last night can see what it should be EXCEPT the one bleedin guy pushing that Try / No Try button!!!!! Grim.

nothing will be done until a major sponsors expresses disappointment.
The NRL do not care about the people that go and watch the game, only those that give them corporate $s
