What worries me is that (as I read on this site by some spectators.that watched him play for Wyong), he did bugger all, and didn't look like he cared...................Is this true and what's the deal?

He set up a try and in the interview after he made it quite clear that he very much enjoyed himself.

Of course the bunnies would want him. Every club in the nrl would take him if they could. But they can't. I bet my left nut he stays with us.

The Vermin would see him as a straight-out replacement for a broken down Inglis.

Incidentally FWIW, Latrell's cousin Damon Goolagong, with whom he's very close to, is a contracted Vermin player. He's been bogged down with injury over the last couple of seasons but is a winger with blistering speed. Back in 2014/15 POS tried to lure him but he decided to join the dark side.

And im surprised this thread is getting so much attention with all the information thats come out about the topic.

He got in trouble after the manly game for playing with food poisoning and not telling anyone. He had a poor game against the broncos (which happens to any player). He got upset when he was hooked and had a bit of a blow up in the sheds. Senior players and trent decided he should have a break. He went home to spend time with his family and elders and in his words about his father "he leveled me out". Then he came back and had a good time playing for wyong, and was very supportive when asked about joey Manu.

Hes a 19yo kid under a huge amount of pressure, it's not always going to be smooth sailing, but judging from the way he's responded the rumours of him being on the outer or leaving are absolute garbage.

Even Rothfield, who usually can't wait to put the boot into our club said it was total rubbish when a fan raised the issue in the telecrap the other day! The rumour started in the Tigers forum, who are all peed off with us for 'poaching' Tedesco. They are looking at a replacement for Teddy and just like what happens here on the Chookpen they all start speculating about who they would like the club to buy for their dream team. As Latrell has been dropped for a few weeks they put 2 and 2 together and get 5 and think this makes him an available target and moreso if it means getting back at the poaching roosters.

When a guy that talented gets hooked and then punted to reggies there are likely to be faiirly serious issues I would have thought.

How old is Latrell? 18 or 19. He's a baby in rl terms, Robinson is being a caring parent at the moment and teaching Latrell a lesson. He will come out the other side a better player for it.

Some on here are in the know or know people in the know.

Some on here know absolute shit and are speculating. I trust the people in the know or have seen Latrell play last weekend and some even spoken with him and Robbo. There is no problem, Latrell is here to stay. He is 19 years old and still coming to grips playing centre in first grade. Also Manu playing a few games serves us well for the future. Our coach, he will make mistakes at times, everybody does but Robbo is a big picture coach and imo handling his development well.

Finally some common sense. Lot of drama queens on here. To suggest Manu is in front of Latrell in the pecking order is simply ridiculous.

No way we should offer Ferguson a new contract, it would be expensive and he is offering nothing, I cant remember the last time he made a genuine break on his own volition, without something being made for him to finish off, and his defence is suspect at best. Dean Gagai is somebody we should aspire to sign.

Fergo was one of our best on ANZAC DAY, he's a great player that has the X factor. I'm sure that some people don't want us to have a team capable of winning the premiership, he's a crucial part of the team and we look so much more dangerous with Ferguson in it, he's a must.
