Klein just couldn't help himself to penalise Pearce. A tough loss. I rarely get angry after being beaten but how we were beaten by bias not just with the Pearce penalty but a 7- 2 penalty count against and the 2 in the second half against a team piggy backed down the field for a home victory and victory for the NRL / Sportsbet partnership. The games admin stench more putrid season after season.

i know some of calls were a bit rough, but we were in that game right up until literally the last minute, and I would've said the dumb, lazy football we played - like Pearce's penalty - had more of an impact. Ball security, offside penalties, dumb offloads inside our 20, lazy defence etc etc should mean a long hard week at training for the team.
But I just want the pricks in pink to give us a ****ing fair go.Loved by few, hated by many, respected by all.

Yet the cordner high shot at the other end didn't warrant one? I was the last of the conspiracy non believers, I'm on board now.

Should have seen the writing on the wall when they got their first penalty. Foran got up to try and play the ball quickly and dropped it. Friend was nowhere near the ball. But instead of our ball they get a penalty. Then Fergo fuucks up for a change and they get a soft as hell try.
It's so hard to win a game when you can't get one penalty. Not even one.
Every week sides automatically find perfect discipline against us. Well not every week. Last week Saints didn't but strangely they copped almost all the penalties after three inexcusable mistakes by the refs against us.
This is bullshit.
A total and utter joke.
Nothing will change though until our Club sues the NRL.Last edited by bondi-boy; 04-30-2017, 05:09 PM.

7 - 2 today. The first and the last were disgusting.
I hope the club gives Robbo a blank cheque and he lets rip...... but he won't. He's too nice.
**** the NRL
We'll just keep getting shafted.
Not RL...but,
RU...the Qld Reds played the Waratahs...Qld Reds caned 6-15 in the penalties..."some controversial, others at very critical times of the match".
Sound familiar?
RU is dead...died long ago here.
RL won't be far behind.

I'm starting to think all this garbage about Politis being so powerful is just a myth. If he was why isn't he putting the pressure on the corrupt NRL and that putrid, rancid turd Archer? Godfather my arse.
Grow some ****ing balls Roosters.Loved by few, hated by many, respected by all.

A lot of what you say is right BUT...
The Warriors last three counts against - 9, 8, 9.
You can't really see the offsides on TV for the most part but they got away with hands all over the ball most second half tackles until their line was set (presumably cause it went on and on), stood offside on their line NEXT to the PTB, ...
If they penalised both sides I have no complaints.

Gutsy effort from our team . Agree with others comments regarding NRL/ game manager's bias against us . Toops sinbinning unforgivable Johnson falling without assistance in a dive worthy of a f#$@ing soccer game. Warriors offside constantly and we can't get a penalty FFS ! Give it to them Robbo, we were ripped off !

I don't buy into the "it's a conspiracy" garbage. We won three minor premierships and a premiership with largely this side. We won last week's fixture that I've seen plenty on this forum long argue is an NRL favourite. Surely this would never have happened if it was a conspiracy?
Personally, I think there's a few lazy, mentally weak, and/or dumb players in the squad, and we would do well to look at that first before ref bashing.
