Everyone will blame Tupou and SKD for the last effort, but they are coached to do exactly what they did.

The kick on that play is what we do to nausiam. And it's CRAP!

Friend will kick on 4th repeatedly, and even 3rd tackle today. Maumolo let his crap kick off the hook. Why hasn't this been coached out of him? Why hasn't a running game been coached into him? The amount of quick play the balls we got in that last 12 minutes and Friend picks ball up and his a deer in headlights. Take off and run! Hodgson does it. Luke does it. Smith does it. 19 year old kid in Brayley does it.

One day we are going to learn how to do a wedge sets (unders) which will add eventually to our block play effectiveness.

That last 10 minutes should have been 1) prop, 2) Pearce at the line 3) Kearey at the line 4) Watson at the line 5) Cordner/Aubs edge 6) PUT THE BALL ON THE FKING GROUND!

It's basic every day of the week the closing out the game. Add to that wet ground and a pack of forwards who were shagged. Step up halves, get your utility out and have the opposition forward pack being kept honest by 3 nippy players (Pearce, Kearey and a FRESH Watson ) pulling them out of shape.

Sure is. Out of those 6 games how many of them should have been a lot more comfortable and comprehensive wins than what they were. If some smarter and more disciplined practices and structures were in place. The 2 games that we should have won (Manly and Warriors) but we were blown by poor game management from a core group of players who have been under this coach for 3 years.

Prime example. The first thing that should ever be coached out of players is exactly how Daniel Tupou runs back with the ball leading the contact.

I don't think it's the coaching. Many of the players in this squad were here before Robinson, and they've got a fair few clangers in them ( SKD, JWH, Friend, etc).
