My big question is if skd underwent drug tests following his arrest, did the same happen with both kiwi players? Consistency. Proves innocence re consumption straight away.

Why do club's make video images accessible in sydney, Canberra but not brisbane?

If guilty, skd and the kiwis need penalties in line with current stated penalties. Not a reaction to media and public feedback.

It should not depend on which club you play for, whether there is or isn't video footage taken by a member of the public and shown on the local trash current affairs program, or CCTV footage taken by a club owner that they refused to release. There should be a standard base penalty for every player. Also the penalty should not be a knee jerk reaction based on the media beat up it creates.

MELBOURNE Storm enforcer Jesse Bromwich will be suspended for two NRL games after being caught up in the NRL’s cocaine crisis. Bromwich and New Zealand teammate Kevin Proctor allegedly purchased the drug just hours after the Kiwis’ 30-12 loss to Australia in Canberra on Friday night.
Bromwich has also stepped down as Kiwis Test captain and taken himself out of the Storm’s leadership group.
The Storm have confirmed the sanctions, with Bromwich unavailable for selection until Round 13.
He will also donate his match payment for the Anzac Test to charity and set to undergo a drug-education program.
In a statement, Bromwich said: “I’d like to start by firstly apologising to my family, Melbourne Storm, New Zealand Rugby League, the NRL, my teammates, the sponsors, and the members and fans.

Now SKD should also get 2 weeks, undergo a drug-education program and issue the same apologies.

Because seeing 2 guys on CCTV snort a white substance is not proof that they have taken anything illegal but when the cops search a person & find a white substance in their pocket & they think it is an illegal substance they charge you. They then send it off to the Police drug lab to be tested for purity & its weight.
f it turns out to be a prohibited drug the court case will go ahead if it turns out to be glucose which is not an illegal substance then the charge will be dropped.

Not quite as logical as that......the phone held by the person supplying the powder that was snorted by Bromich and proctor was charged by the police ....and so it was considered to be an illegal substance. Therefore Proctor and Bromich should also be charged with consuming an illegal substance as it was seen to be snorted. Melbourne has suspended the pair for 2 weeks, so their guilt has been acknowledged by Melbourne. ....Skd's substance hadn't been confirmed as an illegal substance by lab testing but was immediately charged..such hypocrisy by the police......they should all be charged until proven otherwise....
