    Easts by 4.

It's a good starting team, a lot rests on what sort of go forward we can get from our forward pack.

I get the feeling Ryles will have to play a lot of minutes with only 1 prop on the bench, tipping him for a big game.

Hopefully last week he was just warming up with his lame contribution

Let the game be played, and the refereeing watched very closely.

They're only the 'chocolate soldiers'...knock em over!

Hard to see anything other than a shellacking on current (absence of) form.

                But we live in hope...........

                Go EASTS!!!!!!!!

The ghost of Brad Fittler haunts our club. No matter how well we were going, he reverted to tribe almost every time we played Penrith. I don't think much will change.

Unless Briath (that's a combination of Brian and Braith, not a typo) fire up.

                          As opposed to Brainath

because we play without either every week

114 metres is better than any of our other forwards threw up and pretty extraoridinary considering how much respect we showed to ball control. If we could actually hold the ball long enough to allow him to take more carries he'd be chewing up the metres. He's been great since coming back from injury just in a poor team.

Hopefully JR Jr goes on a mission hunting for Ryles when they need yards tomorrow and they can both show their true worth
