Anasta needs to give to Linnett for a try. Throws a cut out to nobody and we get bundled into touch.

Anasta runs a simple, u12s shortside play. Linnett comes for an inside ball, instead gets a rocket to the rib cage that he can't hold on to.

We make a break. One of the few players with any enthusiasm when we attack, Mitchell Pearce, hits the ball on the fly, ready to hit someone out wide... Anasta lumbers along 3 seconds too late, and drops it cold.

As long as he is here, we are fuucked.

i agree with all the anasta haters on here, but defensively that was probably his best/second best effort his year....but yeh just looking for some positives in a really bad season from him

If they don't play better than this next season their fan base will likely be back to the hardcore 5000...and the SFS basically empty.

There needs to be better recruitment, or what's the good of wasting money on staff.

He is playing Second-Row and he was practicing kicks in the warm up to the Centre & Wingers? I don't think Brian Smith is being innovative in having him in the forwards, he doesn't fit into the team, too many cooks in the kitchen. I cannot wait till his contract is finally over because i'd have JWH in the second row running wider rather then our captain.

I really envisioned Braith to play a Luke Lewis type role but he doesn't have the pace to bust tackles.

I thought we played a good game tonight we spread the ball and held on to it most times, I just duno where it went wrong.
A few bad choices made especially by the coach in bringing Anthony Mitchell on with 13 minutes to go, he didnt get much of a feel for the game and stuffed up last play of 80 mins to give it to Ryles for a Field Goal ahaha.

Please does anyone else agree that Nate Myles walks into the defence? or am i seeing things he shits me up the wall he clearly doesnt want to be at the Roosters Anasta run harder then he does.

I noticed the same thing, Nate appears to be meandering into the line - no punch at all and his tackles look half hearted. If he is not having a fair dinkum dig let him work on his tan at the Gold coast and give some game time to a player who is playing for us next year and wants to hoe in - nothing to lose.
