Now all we've got is hipsters.
Good on 'im for getting a farking Mull... there's too many cookie cutter fewlz who get taddoo sleevz on some lamears3 trip to Bali, grab a man bun and grow a lumberjack beard then act like this makes them the authority on all the food I grew up eating in Paddo as a kid.
I'd choose a mull, a VB, a REAL tat and some Winnie Blues over a man bun, a craft beer, a taddoo of smashed avo and a strawberry flavoured vaper any day!!!Last edited by ism22; 07-10-2017, 02:08 PM.

I can't stand the whole man bun/flannel shirt/lumberjack/sleeve beard thing.
They dont do themselves any favours - without exception every single bloke i've spoken to that dresses like this has been a total smug fk.
I'd probably accept them if they werent all such wankers

Collins will need to show more is all I can say. Sure big wraps on him previously but lost his was as they say as many young players do in transitioning to semi professional playing status and making that next step is always a difficult one- played only 8 NYC games for the Bronco's in 2016 for instance- he could have played either Union/AFL or League and chose League - So the ball is in his court as they say with plenty snapping at his heels to take his place
Originally posted by King Salvo View PostTold he is free to take up an offer from another NRL team as not much chance of playing NRL at the Roosters basically - Collins next to be advised of this
Not quite sure of why we signed them but recruitment has gone to hell in a basket since O'Sullivan was de-registered...
"The former Queensland under-20s State of Origin representative started his rugby league journey in the back-row but was quickly shuffled to the middle when he realised he couldn't keep up with the speedier edge forwards out wide.
Form was never an issue for the former Broncos NYC star; the only problem was staying on the field.
"I think I only played eight or nine games in my first year of 20s and then I broke my ankle so that set me back for the rest of the year," Collins told NRL.com.
"I got through the whole season in the second year, and then towards the end of the year I did my shoulder. They didn't think it was that bad until I came back in to the pre-season for 2016 and it was constantly popping out and subluxing. "
He played the last 7 Holden Cup games of the season for the Bronco's after his Shoulder was sorted. Represented Qld in the U20's State of Origin, and played for NSW Residents earlier this year.

You seriously have no idea.

Is it just me, but he kind of reminds me of a younger Les Davidson. Looked a little psycho in the warm-up as well. In his first game against the raiders, he didn't look anything special, by neither did any of our other forwards. Had great impact against the vermin. Has some mongrel in him which is what we need.

This despite both Knight and Collins being highly regarded before they came here, with Collins playing Qld junior reps when he wasn't injured, then making an impact on a number of good judges during the trials this year, and then playing well for the Roos throughout 2017 to date. And now you claim he "lost his way"? Try this instead. It's from an NRL.com article on Lindsay after his debut against the Raiders (Maybe I should preface this with "I was told ..."):

I was at the Canberra game and watched his debut closely, and with great interest. He went no better or worse than the rest of our pack that day. We were rudderless on the field, due to Origin players missing and Cornish getting injured in the Captains Run, which left us with Keary & Watson as halves, and no organiser or decent long kicker.
You seriously have no idea.Last edited by King Salvo; 07-11-2017, 12:08 AM.
