A lot of unprovoked trash talking, threatens to 'smash' opposition after the game, lots of niggle (shoves etc), accuses people of trying to injure him... His conduct is poor enough that I strongly considered contacting the club to let them know how poorly he behaves. It's a feeling shared by many players in the comp.

No I haven't. It's a social touch comp, most people come down to have a run after work. He's in his late teens, conditioned to play sport at a high level, playing against people 30+. He's obviously more talented, but insulting somebody for their appearance just because you burnt them is not necessary.

It is 1st Division Touch and there are about 6 or 7 divisions Of course it is competitive Ive refereed him snd not seen any of what you say

Yes, Div 1 down at Easts in what is ultimately a social comp (or training run for the rep players). I've played against him and experienced it first hand. No reason to make it up. His old man is very competitive but has none of the rubbish.

Of course it's not necessary, but it's the oldest strategy there is to throw people off their game, and it clearly works on you. Just clap back at him and get on with it.

Do you think it's a good strategy to threaten to assault somebody because they called a touch on you and you don't think they made it? He has done that to players in my team. These are my observations having played against him 5 or 6 times now.

a friend sat next to him on saturday coming back from Byron and he hadnt signed then. So it must be a sunday morning signing

Were you there champ? I've been playing touch at that level for well over 10 years and his behaviour is up there with the worst i've experienced. His old man is very fiery on the field and I have no issue with his behaviour.

He signed last week, he doesn't have to tell anyone the truth if it's not their business.

This waerea beasts personal experience with young lam, he may be a great young bloke most days of the year and just happened to be a dick this one day i have no reason to doubt it
