  • Tim Grant open to leaving the West Tigers

Exactly what we need moving forward.

29 year old with a shit tonne of experience. Should have been hitting his peak as a prop by now but injuries and playing with amateur clubs like the Rabbits and Tigers have thwarted him. A fresh start would do him the world of good.

At his best, a hard straight running no nonsense prop that makes good meters off the bench. EXACTLY what we need.

    Ideal replacement for Evans.

For a decent price, we could do far worse.
And the cherry on top is that the Rabbits may still be on the hook for a bit of his salary (to be confirmed)

A nice looking pack for 2018 would be

    JWH
    FRIENDLY
    NAPA
    AUBUSSON
    CORDNER
    SST

    MATTERSON
    GRANT
    COLLINS/TITVANO
    CORNISH

see ya later EVANS and LIU

        I agree somewhat.

But look who he's been playing with.

Some time in our system might get him back to his best. When he was at the Panthers he was very good imo

Replacement for Evans...............................that would open this thread up big time.

How about, Dancing Dallas, or Paul Vautin's pet guinea pig

Evans to me is really no big lost. Lui I want to keep in the team for a few more seasons, he has been solid for us all year and will never let you down.

Tim Grant, I agree would excel under Robinson and with a strong forward line up but why risk the possibility of losing talent like Eloni, Nat Butcher & Lindsay Collins just to sign a player who has possibly peaked at this best and only has 2 or 3 years left in him?

Liu is having a poor season, but he had 4 really good ones prior to that.

I'll back him to get back to his best before Tim Grant who hasn't had a good season in the last 5yrs.

Seems more intent on unsuccessfully trying to be a team enforcer than running and tackling hard. Gives away a tonne of errors and drop balls as a consequence. If the tigers are giving away forwards you know he's useless.

                          Grant sucks.

I'd rather we promote young Lindsay Collins in to the top 17 after another pre season.

Some pretty harsh judges on here Steaky. A lot of armchair experts.

I think he would thrive at the Roosters.

It's rare that this many armchair experts agree on something, i think we're on the money this time.
Lindsay Collins goes better than him already
