The Storm have had a few close losses to quality opposition, when their big 3 have been away. That's about it.

So weird that we could be on top of them if we'd won 1 or 2 more games (against pretty frigging ordinary teams). So weird...
apart from the warriors game we havent lost to any other ordinary teams at full strength

Thanks RP will try and catch some.

The boys bounced back with a win last week to hopefully wrap up the minor premiership.

this is not a must win game

based on last weeks must win game we can now afford to lose the next 2

We need to secure 2nd place at least. It's important so we don't have to play here in BNE or Mel. Don't want another 2015 semi away game v Broncos at Suncorp...or even this years game.

For and against will decide the order of the top four. The broncos big win last night gave them +138, second to storm +178. We are currently +85 prior to today's game.

i think a week 1 match in brisbane is a much better proposition than an elimination grand final qualifier if you had to choose between the two it becomes like a state of origin match for the broncos when playing an elimination game at home conversely teams have found it a little easier playing in melbourne in elimination games than they have in a regular playoff match not by much of course but in recent years weve seen newcastle north queensland canterbury warriors all beat the storm in elimination matches in melbourne i dont know why that is maybe the season has gone on one or two games too long for them with their origin stars feeling the strain in september

Kane Evans is playing for wyong, and just scored a try. so either butcher or cornish take the last bench spot
