Can somebody tell me who they are and what they have done with their life?

Of the directors have any actually played rugby league??

That board alone is worth a squillion though. Probably worth more than any other club's board in the NRL.

the directors are there to run the business side of things.

Its not the board thats the problem...its the second tier hangers on that have the ear of the board. Always was the problem.

But Bouris should have no influence at all after Chris Anderson and the Canterbury hybridisation of Easts that has a disastrous impact.
Nick sees a different game to me and he loved Brett Finch and signs the wrong players year after year. Gould must also take reponsibility here also as he is Nicks chief advisor and he loves Brett Finch.

I prefer the Board of directors didn't have intimate knowledge of the game, and let those who do (Noyce, O'Sullivan) make the key decisions. The problem I believe is that the board THINK they have intimate knowledge of the game, and let their personal biases and agendas corrupt the objectiveness of the decisions making process. Case in point, Bouris trying to turn the Roosters into the Bulldogs, Goulds influence on Politis, etc.
