The thing about Gary Coleman is that he at least has a red hot crack. Lets remember that the guy is barely 4ft. Misses tackles left right and centre but at least he puts his body on the line.

Carney is not exactly small. He either doesn't try or is scared to make heavy contact. It's expected of him to be a below average defender, but at the moment he is leaking points each game. What's worse is that he doesn't exactly make up for it in attack. Pearce gets hammered here but this year he has been twice as effective as Carney (yes, dour state of affairs).

I'll come out and say it - i think he has been the major contributor to our rabble of a season. From the garbage off the field, to the trash on it.

We all know what he is capable of, but that doesn't excuse him from ridicule. He has been awful.



As for BJ, while i agree that he is not a winger, i don't think he is as bad as you make him out. I thought that apart from his misread of the grubber which led to a try, he had a solid game. That try he scored, might be passed off as easy, but that was a difficult catch, especially considering the moist field and he finished it well. Also forced a drop-out from a half a chance. The kid is just a natural footballer. He has 'it'. I just hope he realises it at this club, in the no.12 jersey.
