    SKD left us very short.

Matto in the centres stinks as much as Latrell on the wing.

        It's been mentioned,

Matto in place of Evans on bench,

Latrell centre, Gordon Wing, Watson fullback

        sweet for mine....

I will be shocked if we see Toops next weekend I dont expect to see him the following week either Groins are tricky injuries Just because he has started running does not mean he is anywhere near ready fro the strenuous workout his groin will get playing an NRL match

Would they needle him up do you think to get him back quicker?

We had a couple of young flyers excel during the 9s. And they are now doing well for wyong. Surely anyone of them could step up for a game or two and allow matto to move back to the 2nd row where he belongs

You can play those young guys in the 9's but playing 13 a side 2 weeks out from the semis is a big step up & them young guys aren't ready for that.

we continue to release quality centres that we think are at their use by dat4e, ie jennings and kane linnett either of whom would go very nicely into our backline , we let copely go too, but no big loss there?

No. Nobody. If there was an option he would be used. Letting Copley and SKD go may hurt us. We have little depth there.

                        I completely forgot about Copley.

I read that the release of the likes of Copley and SKD (and Carter and Nikorima) has enabled us to front load payments and in turn afford Teddy next year.

                        So it's worth it.

Agree that it is not ideal. But wouldn't having jts or lewis on the wing would be better than a slower matto who isnt quick enough for the backline.

Jenning is a luxury player, hard to justify 600k for a centre who's an exceptional finisher but can't create. We're getting better value for money out of Latrell this season that Parra are for Jenko.

Toops has been most improved in the league.
