whilst cords won us the game personally I wondered how we could score more points with keary off the field. Pearse played poorly. Fg attempt was poor, didn't inspire he would win us game.
crinulla unlucky with graham injured early
gallen bordered on filth last night.
cronullas last kick options in second half were gratefully appreciated
bombed two tries
been saying it all year, our support play needs to pick up. Robbo called this at ht. not much better in 2nd half

in spite of above we showed great resilience and guts to win this. Great win

It was a mixed bag that game and I'm more relieved that the Roosters managed to win. The lack of true centres is blunting the attack whilst benefiting defence. The thing that the Roosters need to stop is the opposition's second phase play as well as their own stupidity.

Refs continue to get the basics wrong - off side of the kick is one of the simplest issues for the touch judges to focus on - clealry we have a generation who cant focus for 80 minutes and keep up with the play. The ruck was a complete joke - with the refs allowing an emabrressing blight on our game with Cronulla attempting to milk penalties at every opportunity.

As for Flanagan and Gallen having a little whine and a moan after the game, well he who lives by the sword dies by the sword.

We will be a 12 point better side when Toups returns.
