Why is the when someone who doesn't apporove of gay marriage, they are called a bigot and all sorts of other names? Surely labeling, name calling and abusing someone for standing up for and vocallising their beliefs or views is the epitome of bigotry right?

Isn't it ironic as alanis would say? The lefties are big on freedom of speech ...but it's conditional that you align only with their opinions and beliefs.
