Problem is that the modern coach is just a man manger, a middle man between players and the board and a scapegoat when things go pear shaped. Could you imagine how long Jack Gibson would have a job these days with these whinging modern players with their massive ego's that need constant massaging. Also could you imagine him taking orders from Crowe and co.
