The media (espec the Telucrap) have been rumourmongering about Carney's move back to Carney since he arrived back in the NRL, and they'll continue to do so because that's where the media would like him to play.

I could be wrong (usually am) don't think the bloke has any intentions of returning to the Raiders, I reckon it would more likely he'd play Yawnion for the Brumbies than return to the Raiders - I reckon there are still grudges on both sides from his departure last time.
