Thanks - I suspect so even though now it's key hole surgery- I did the rotator cuff before and had surgery previously prior to key hole surgery techniques - I have bone spurs the scans say in the shoulder region which wore out these muscles and tendons the specialist said- Anyway lucky I have private health as well you not only have to pay for the specialist but for the Anaesthetist and day surgery costs - Specialist only does private hospitals- $3200 to pay after rebates - In the US would be charged $15k minimum US for such an operation - be stuffed if one didn't have medical insurance in the US though- be waiting for a long time too in Australia in the pubic health system without private health as not life threatening.

After the game Robbo said he was ok. It was just the scarring. Apparently Toups also said he is ok. Must have given him a hell of a shock. I know it gave me one.

Hopefully he plays in a fortnight having a full side on the park will give them that extra spark. Personally we can win the gf, all the fowards have picked up another gear, with the inclusion of keary reminded of jimmy maloney last night great game.

having already damaged the groin on several occasions this season, he is going to be susceptible to it going again if he plays again this season, going to be a tough call for Robbo/medical staff whether to take the risk or not.

They have to take the risk in sudden death.

Toops brings confidence to that left side

Latrell fell into the groove as soon as his winger appreared

If Toops can play a full game I put my house to win

Anyone on here a physio that might be able to explain the tearing of scar tissue as opposed to the muscle itself.

Does the tearing of the scar tissue heal quickly?

He was limping badly after he got up and was struggling to keep up with the play.

I know he said he was ok after the game therefore his body language must have been lying to us all on the field. Didnt look good , hes not going to be anywhere near 100% again this year. I hope im wrong

I think that had a lot to do with concern he had ripped it again.

The lengths Roosters fans go to to find out information is astounding. Kudos to this bloke.
